Filter only the second highest value

I need a simple thing. Fillet only the second highest value of this query. NOTE: I need this in the Query Editor. CODE DATE 10001 21/10/2018 10001 01/09/2018 10002 26/08/2018 10002 16/10...

    look table6 in attached file, you can change it as you see fit but I guess it will get you started.

The idea is to get the code returned and the second largest date.
