Filter on the table based on individuals, irrespective of multiple values

For one subject cell have multiple values but I want to count the subject cell with no. of values (>xx) 

 

example Raju is having 3 cells of >500 for a month, but i want to count Raju only once for that month, not for 3 times.

@ShokatKhan  Please post up your tables and data and desired output. 

you can use a DISTINCT or DISTINCT COUNT within a calculation to count a person only once. 

I would need more information on your data in order to give you more help.
