Filter mystery issue

HI

I have a issue with 2 filter being displayed / referenced, but when I deleted all of the filters , they still show up.  If i go to a new page and create the same information those filters are not there.  I have checked visual filter, page fiters and all sheets filter, and the filter is still happening. 

Am I missing tsomething?  I have been using Power BI now for a few years and create some complex reports with various data sets and I have never run into this before.
