Filter multiple columns with query editor new column

Hi, I am trying to create a new custom column with two conditions and the result is always FALSE. Even tried on one specific row.

Any idea? Thanks

@amitchandak I found the problem. I cleaned and Trimmed after the step of the column creation. I wrongly thought it will affect the new column.

I moved this step to the bottom and it works now. Thanks.

I tried on my system similar stuff and it worked. Just check that text value does not have any trailing space
