Filter matrix based on Measure which is either 0 or 1

Created a Measure which is basically a flag and returning value either as 1 or 0. I added that measure into my matrix and its showing correctly but when I am putting filters to display only 1 it fail...

Please share us more details, such as screenshots and sample data. It's best to create a dummy .pbix file with the same issue. Please remove sensitive information.
