Filter in Power BI desktop
Hi,
I have 5 similar tables in one tab.
The 5 tables have the same columns, Each table represents one year and 12 month.
I wanted to know if it is possible to put a filter in each table in order to distinguish each year without changing the other tables.

Based on your description, I created data to reproduce your scenario.
You may configure in the ‘Filters in the visual’ as follows to distinguish each year without changing the other tables.
