Filter date to winrate

I have a problem, in power bi, my control panel calculates the profit rate of the "sold project". The syntax that I am using is:
(Total project sales / Total projects delivered without sales) and the result is correct!
But I need an added filter of the date, when I add the filter, the profit rate is 100 always ... (the date is Total of projects delivered without selling). Please help 😞
