Filter closes Power bi desktop

Syndicate_Admin , You can create a column in your date table and use that

 

Month Type = Switch( True(),
eomonth([Date],0) <= eomonth(Today(),0) && eomonth([Date],0) >= eomonth(Today(),-3),"Last 4 Month" ,
Format([Date],"MMM-YYYY")
)

 

Set this value as default in your filter
