Filter can't apply

Hi I am having trouble with the ratio of pop up windows in power bi desktop, I can't apply any filters. Tried messing with the display zoom and ratio on my laptop, no change. Have restarted my laptop twice. If anyone could help me out with this problem, that would be a huge help, thank you!

    Try clearing the cache. Sometimes, the cache can cause issues with filtering. To clear the cache, go to the "File" menu and select "Options and settings" > "Options" > "Data Load" and then click on "Clear cache".

    Update Power BI Desktop. If you are using an older version of Power BI Desktop, try updating to the latest version to see if it resolves the issue.

      Thank you, I cleared cache and latest update was Feb it says and still not working, its happening on other power bi files as well. Must be something in my laptop settings is all I can come up with. Not sure what to do

        Try to contact the Power BI support if the issue persists.
