Hi,
I wish to display upcoming expiry date with taxi root & Taxi no data in data table in visual after selected month. I have last 8 minths same data with me.
if i selected May 2019 in filter visual then table should be reflect all "Current Expiration Date" data after May 1, 2019 and accordingly table as well.

You can create column Year & Month , and let it as source of slicer visual.
Year & Month = FORMAT(Sheet1[Current Expiration Date],"MMM yyyy")
To get this sorted correctly , also add the following column.
MonthID = IF(Sheet1[Current Expiration Date]<>BLANK(),INT(format(Sheet1[Current Expiration Date],"YYYYMM")),BLANK())
Once you have created the two columns, you can choose the column Year & Month in Field pane, then sort by column MonthID like picture below.
