I have a long list of Customer IDs, or CIDs. I need to create subsets of these CIDs to measure specific aspects of each subset. The subsets can be quite large, so I need an easy way to input a comma-delineated list or something similar to allow me to create a measure or a filter that gives me results for only my subset. Assume the field is 'CustomerData'[CID]. Each CID is a 5-digit number, so 55660 or something similar. Thank you in advance.
@smpa01 not really. not without offering confidential data. I can show you the Field list:
Does this help?
@dclaudio any chance you can provide sample data?
An alternate solution might be to create a column that marks each row with a "Yes" if they match a value on my list, or a "No" if they dont. If I can have help doing that, then I can simply filter by "yes" and "no".
Hi @dclaudio ,
An alternate solution might be to create a column that marks each row with a "Yes" if they match a value on my list, or a "No" if they dont. If I can have help doing that, then I can simply filter by "yes" and "no".
What are your criteria for judgment? Is it dynamic?
Best Regards,
Icey
