Filter by Top N with date

Hey all,

I have a table with 3 columns, Date, Product and Total

I am trying to use the Top N filter in a graph that has Date. The issue is that the top filter is giving me the top 5 total and not the top 5 by date.

Is there an easy way to get the top 5 in each month for example?

@Anonymous , usually TOPN is dependent on the column you used in it.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
