Filter based select slicer

Hello cummunity ,i wanna create a mesure that allow me to reduce colomn value "Value" , (there is a specific value for each selected slicer item ) based on  selected slicer and  , i used switch fuction and i don't know how to fix it , Thank you

Could you please explain what function or result you are trying to achieve with the above measure? Do you want to get the data in the table below? Could you please provide some raw data (exclude sensitive data) of the table 'Historics'. Thank you.

item-name	Value
Area Harvested	the sum of value which the value is greater than 20000
Cane Crush	the sum of value which the value is greater than 2000000000
CCS	the sum of value which the value is greater than 12
Sugar Production	the sum of value which the value is greater than 200000
Yield	the sum of value which the value is greater than 60
Oter item names	N/A
