Filter and Print to PDF large amount of Dashboards

I created a dashboard which the end user wants to filter and PDF dashboard for each person.  As you can imagine its an organization so alot of filtering here.  Is there a way to come up with a process wher eyou can filter the practice first then loop through each person and print the dashboard to PDF and save with a specific name?  Maybe PowerAutomate? I do not see any optiosn for this internally.  Any help would be great.

Not Quite what I was looking for...I was hoping to interact with the Practice and Provider Filters.  I think this is more row level security.
