Filter a matrix so only rows with a certain value in the final column are shown

I have a matrix which displays success/fail for a list of assets (assets are cropped in image). The column headers are cycle number.

Currently the matrix displays all rows where there exists a "Fail" in any cycle number. I would like to change this to only display rows where a "Fail" exists in the latest cycle number (91 in this case). The cycle numbers increment monthly.

I would still like the matrix to display all previous cycle success/failure for the row that contains "Fail" in the latest cycle.

Can anyone help me with this?

    Hi, gibberish

Based on the example data you provided, what kind of output do you expect? You can also show it with pictures or Excel.
