Greetins,
First, please excuse my english, I do my best 🙂
I try do make a player report as you can see on the picture. You choose a player, and you get several information.
For now, every think seems ok to me
My problem is for the graphic. On the X, I want to have the game, and for each game, the note.
In my database, you have several columns: Date, Opponent, Note (these 3 columns are the one we are interested in)
So, I just wanted to have each game to appear in a chronological order, and I don't know how to proceed ...
(more over, it cause a Problem, as you can play against the same opponent several time (but never the same day), it adds the note)
I tried to concanate date and opponent, but as the date format is dd.mm.yyyy i can't sort an order
There is probably a Supid solution, but I'm a real Noob on PowerBI (which I love already)
THanks for the help !!
@Anonymous put your Game on "Column Values" and put the Note on "Tooltips" then you can see the
In order to sort your visual in chronical order, you need to create an other date table and create a relationship between date table and data table using date.
Then, put the new table date column on "Shared Axis". The graph will show you like this
hope this helps
I did something like that, and that's a good solution.
I have a tooltip with all information requested.
But what would be great is to have on the X axis, not the date who is displayed, but the name of the opponent
