Filter / Visualisation Background Colour

Hi,

I'm just building my 1st ever dashboard and suddenly the background on the selections for my filters has gone dark blue and are unreadable.

I'm using the default theme, but guess I must have altered a setting somewhere.

Could anyone tell me how to change this back to the white background?
