Filter Pie Chart by Value Slicer

Hi,    I want to merge these 2 pie charts into 1 pie chart. I want to only have 1 pie chart with a slicer for: "Country" and "City". The Details: Date/Year are the same for both pie charts. That me...

When I manage to group it by year, when clicking the "city" parameter, the visual is still showing data for "Country" parameter
