Filter Parameter Based on another Parameter when opening Template

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a template powerbi report that allows a user to open the template and select a region, and then by selecting the region the 2nd parameter is filtered by the 1st.

I have my ProjectName parameter connected to a query that filters by the Region, but it doesn't seem to work when first opening the template, Is this possible to do?
