Filter Pane does not appear in Power BI service

Dear All,

I am trying to enable Filter Pane in Power BI Service (online) and following the steps suggested below:

The option "enable the updated filter pane..." is enabled in Power BI Destop.

However, the Filter Pane is still not shown in power BI Serivce. 

I have also tried to enable the New Filter Experience option under Preview features in Power BI desktop. But the option does not appear.

If you could give me some insights, it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you also check the box in Global options - Report Settings - Turn on the new filter pane in existing reports ?

If not, try that and re-publish your file.
