Resolver IFilter Pane No Longer Hides

It is a known issue in teams, ICM: 190613955
and this information from PG: A bug has been created for this issue and should be fixed by end of by end of september

Resolver II've looked into it further and it seems that the problem only exists when the report is shared in teams, which is where all of our reports are shared. I definitely have the pane set to hidden:
