Filter Pane Experience formatting across all tabs in report

Formatting the new filter pane experience should be applied across all tabs within a report. It should not be necessary to duplicate the work.

One workaround for new reports is to setup the filter pane formatting and then make the duplication of the page for new report pages it will have the same format options.

Yes, this is the best solution for now, but retro fitting multiple reports with this feature will be painstaking.
