Filter Matrix based on 2 columns values

Hello,   I have not been able to somehow using calculated column or measure to filter this matrix to show items that meet these criteria line income amout paid > 0 and line income open amount = 0 ...

There is not really hierarchical structure, job cost table and inside measures and the autosum.
