Based on the information you provided, as far as I know there is no specific limit to the number of values that can be listed in a filter. However, it looks like you have a lot of data to filter, and applying so many filters may cause performance issues.
Is the data you want to filter numeric or text?
You could try creating a new column containing the conditions to be filtered, using conditional filters is more efficient when working with large data.
Or you can use advanced filters in power query to filter, I recommend you to read this article:

Sorry, I dont have the option of filtering in Power Query as I am using Filter list in Service. Yes Filtering such large values cause perfomance issues.
