Filled maps visual does not auto-zoom correctly

Sorry for delay in response, This issue should have been fixed in mid-December 2019, could you please try to reproduce with the latest version of Power BI Desktop? Based on my test, we did not get this error again with the February version.

Have you tried to use the latest version of Power BI Desktop? Does our sample data has the same issue on your side? Could you please try to use Filter on some location to see if there it only happen on some specific records?

I downloaded your data and I was seeing exactly what your caption showed. I then manually added Austrailia into the data set and was getting the incorrect render issue. At first I had added data from Japan and Austrailia, but removed Japan for the pictures shown. There was no difference in either and this corresponds to my problem.

Thank you to point it out, new we have the same result as yours, we are getting the incorrect render issue even we did not add any new location. We will report this render issue, if we get anything new, we will update here.
