Filled map showing incorrect area for Greece

I have a filled map in numerous dashboards that shows different colours for every country. We realised lately that the area drawn for Greece is more than the land area and the system is even painting sea areas. I suppose it´s to cover all greek islands but I think it´s incorrect. I tried with azure maps as well with the same error. Only maps drawn with ArcGIS shows only the land territory.

Could you please let me know if I can solve that or it´s related to the map provider?.

I don't use maps much so I couldn't say how long it's been like this.  Sorry not aware of any other map visual that does what you want.

Seems to be the way those maps work.  As you say, an ArcGIS map does fill in the colour for just the landmass of Greece though.

@PhilipTreacy Do you know if it´s something new or it has been like this for a while?. My client has only detected this issue last week. 

The problem with ArcGIS map is that it cannot be exported to PDF or PowerPoint. Do you know any other map that takes only the landmass and can be exported?. Taking in consideration your answer, Filled Map or Azure Map are not an option.
