Solved: Filled map coloring whole state instead of county

I have a filled map that I'm coloring the county based on year over year change. There are four counties that color the whole state, instead of just the county shape; DeKalb IL, Bedford City VA, Prince George MD and Garden NE. All other counties color and show the shape correctly. Any suggestions as to why it's only these counties?
