Hello All,
Hoping someone can advise. Right now I need to present a few filled maps to show coverage information. I have numerous postal codes and its too much information, so I have brought it down to the city level with a tooltip for the postal codes covered. I'm running into a problem because there are 3 coverage levels "Generally available", "Commercial use only" and "No service" of which I only want to show generally and commercially available. I am getting the colour density showing differently in different locations and I can't understand why or how to stop it. I need 2 colours and not 2 colours with varying light or dark. Is there a setting I missed?
If you see below, I should have a cyan colour and a dark-blue colour. Why do I have dark-dark-blue, dark-blue, cyan, and dark-cyan?
Were you able to solve this? I have this issue as well, not sure why the colors are different when the option only allows it to set it to exactly one.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you checked the data color setting under format?
Best Regards,
Kelly

Unfortunately, I don't have that option. I'm using the filled map, so that might change things. Would the ArcGIS map be better?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Sorry for the late reply. What I am testing is "filled map".
I put the column containing location information in the location field, then I will see the "show all " selection under "data color " format.
If I put the column in the legend field,I wont see it.Pls try and check it.
Best Regards,
Kelly

Hi Kelly,
Thank you so much for your reply. I replicated what you said and got the "show all" option. However, toggling the switch by itself didn't change the colour density. Second, I do need to have the zones in the legend field. What I need to show is, 2 different colours, what I have is 4 different colours. In the screenshot below you can see more than 2 colours. What I would like is 1 colour (purple) to indicate commerical only zones and 1 colour (blue) to indicate generally available zones. My stakeholders don't like to see the light and dark variations of those 2 colours which is where I'm having a problem.
