Fill in value from the line below

Hey guys,
I have a matrix with the release date, the stock completion date, and the gap (time from stock completion to the next release. What I would like to get is that if the gap is negative, it also fills in with the same color as the next launch that is on the line below.
How could I create a measure?

@kasife , You can get the next release date in a column

next = Minx(filter(Table, [release Date] > earlier([release date]) ), [release date])

you can take a diff

diff = datediff([Stock Check out],[next], day)

you can now use conditional formatting. you can create a measure and use that in conditional formatting using field value option

if( Sum(Table[Diff]) >0 , "Green", "Red")
