Files not opening due to file sensitivity issues

Hello,

I have some PBI files that I have created, which I can't open now. Each time I try to open them I get an error message.

  • Apparently, it was a global issue related to access level for some users. It's not related to the Desktop applicaton itself.

Thanks for the help community 😁

    Hi HassanHijazi ,

Yes, so if your problem has been solved?

If not. please contact the power bi admin as the error message said to access permission.

    Best Regards,
    Eyelyn Qin

  • HassanHijazi , Open a blank power bi file. Sign into power bi and then try to open. Seem like it saved  some sensitivity label and you do have access to that label data
