Filering based on TOP N 1

I am having trouble filtering with TOP N. It just gives me the top part of the catergory I am filtering regardless of the count. In my example below, 1618 should return as FA Rental Assistance based on the number of instances it occurs in the count of arrears (which I am filitering my TOP N by). However, when I filter by top N 1 ALL of my breakdown for arrears return as FA:Rental Assistance Arrears? Even when I filter by another count for the TOP N, it all returns the same has FA Rental Arrears

    Hi bw70316

I believe this may be because of all the additional columns / fields you have.  If you only leave the field Arrears Breakdown in the table visual, remove all others, and then apply your Top N = 2 based on count, I believe that the output should be 2 records only.  Are you able to try that?

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hi bw70316 ,

According to your description, it may be that the filters for other fields are having an impact on the filter results. You can use the allselected function to keep the filter fields corresponding to Top. Or clear other filters. Please try again.

If the problem is still not resolved, can you provide the test data (remove sensitive information) and the expected results and I will answer you as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,
    Henry
