    Hi Del235,

Thank you for your message. The error "File was published but disconnected" typically indicates that Power BI Service could not fully connect to one or more data sources after publishing your report. Since your report uses both Snowflake and an Excel file from OneDrive, this can occur if credentials need to be updated or if the data source connection is not properly recognized.
As lbendlin mentioned please click on the “Open data source settings” link in the message to access your dataset settings in Power BI Service. Review and update credentials for each data source under “Data source credentials.” For the Excel file, ensure you are using a web URL path (for example, from SharePoint or OneDrive online) instead of a local folder path.
If Snowflake is in DirectQuery mode or requires secure access, check the data gateway settings under “Gateway connection” and confirm the gateway is online and properly configured.
Also, verify whether the dataset is in Import or DirectQuery mode, as this will determine if scheduled refresh or live credentials are required.

    Thank you
