File tab in Power Query Editor

In Power Query Editor, I have a File tab but I am being told that not everyone sees the File tab. I am on the February 2025 version of Desktop, I have all Preview features turned off. I can't find an...

Deku Yeah, we are on the same version. I see it whether I am connected to anything or not.
