Did you mean show 'Saved' in the end of file name when you saved the pbix file?
If so, I'm afraid it could not support in the current version of power bi desktop. Perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas to help us improve power bi.
