Field Value as Text Column has disappeared?

    Thank you both for your replies, I appreciate your time and expertise.

     

    I have found the issue that caused the field value as text column not to load when adding the data source from SharePoint Online List.

     

    I had mistakenly selected implementation 2.0 instead of 1.0

     

    With 1.0 selected all the default columns have returned including FVAT
