Field Parameters when using one semantic model in several reports.

I had this problem today.  I "split" a report and data set that I had built by publishing the data only and then in a copy of the .pbix file I deleted all the tables and added the Semantic model from the Service.  All of my Paremeters stopped working!  I'm positive these are the same steps I took 2 years ago for another report that is working fine (with parameters).

** Resolution:  I was able to resolve this by starting from scratch with a new report, linking it to the Semantic model. (then I had to add the required visualizations, adjust the canvas size to match my old report, and copy/paste all the content, repeat for each page of the report).     At least it works.    I prefer keeping the Parameters in the Semantic model for reuse and not having the report use a blended model for re-usability and I think performance reasons (haven't measured it though).
