Fetch data from a word file into the Power BI

I want to fetch data from a Word file which is on the Onedrive into the PowerBI..Also it should be dynamic if i make changes into the word file those should get reflected in the Power BI

Hi @Shubham96 
First of all, we can't connect a Word file to PowerBI. We have to convert to PDF or Excel these file types, then we can use in PowerBI. In dynamic changes is possible when connecting onedrive to power bi, just copy the url of the converted file in onedrive and use the web connector in the power bi desktop.

Thanks for Visharavana‘s reply. As Visharavana describes it, PBI Desktop doesn't support linking Word format files, you have to convert the word to Excel, etc. Here are some additions.

Thanks for Visharavana‘s reply. As Visharavana describes it, PBI Desktop doesn't support linking Word format files, you have to convert the word to Excel, etc. Here are some additions.
