Fetch Data on which Date the data is being loaded

Is there any way  to collect the data on which date the data is being loaded into the report?

for example, you could a custom column RefreshDate to one of your datasource

DateTime.LocalNow()

you can create a blank query, type 

=DateTime.LocalNow()

in formula bar, then prss button To table in Transform ribbon

After, you will get a one-row one-column table with update time
