Feed URL from External Source

I have a report that covers dozens of countries. For each country, there is a different URL to a document on our website. I want to be able to feed those URLs from an external source so that when a country is selected in a slicer, a card shows the URL, and the user can click on it. I tried just adding the column to a card, and the URL does shows up, but it is simply text that is not clickable.

Any help or idea is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
