    This issue is fixed with the latest update. Get new version from Download center or update from Microsoft Store.

Save this file preventively, rename the file as
PBIDesktop_x64_2.54.4970.761.msi

 

2.54.4970.761 is the number of the update, remember that it can occur more than one per month as already happened, so put the number.

There isn't a file attached..

 

When I install the latest I end up with this version:  2.55.5010.581

    I haven't seen anything... still broke in the lastest version:  2.55.5010.581
