Not sure if I understand the requirements exactly. There are ~42,000 zip codes in the US, I would think that you want to show zip codes as the map is zoomed in, right?
I would look into the ArcGIS visual- you may need a paid subscription. Here is some additional information:

Thank you for the reply. To clarify, I only need around 40 bubbles to be present, representing the territories where are sales representatives live. I do not need an accurate border for the zip code, only for the bubble to be mostly directionally accurate.
