Feasibility or Workaround to Pass Table Highlighted Entry to BookMark

Is there a way or a workaround to pass selected/highlighted value in a table to a bookmark ? 

Data option unset does not pass the value, note that this is not a slicer or a drop down filter that would pass values to bookmarks.

I may have to stick with bookmarks as the need is to open up related content to the selected table value.

Please suggest ideas or workarounds on how could this be done.

Based on my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.

As the document has mentioned, when you create a bookmark, the following elements are saved with the bookmark:

• The current page
• Filters
• Slicers, including slicer type (for example, dropdown or list) and slicer state
• Visual selection state (such as cross-highlight filters)
• Sort order
• Drill location
• Visibility (of an object, using the Selection pane)
• The focus or Spotlight modes of any visible object

You could use sync slicers as a workaround just for slicer.
