Feasability with Power BI

Hello everyone,   I have a question regarding the feasibility of a dashboard report builder  ( Need to download into PDF )   So, my client would like to have something like this in his report   ...

    For question 1, the closest thing you can create as a timeline in Power BI is through a Gantt chart (import it through the marketplace) and they have limited options of customization. There might be a workaround using a table visual but you would need to customize your data.

    For question 2, it is possible through custom buttons, bookmarks and/or drillthrough buttons.

    Having everything in one single table may not be possible, since data to work as links in a table needs to have a URL behind it and categorized as URL type.

    Power Apps could be explored to get what you want as well.
