Failure in Dataset refresh

Hi, in my report, there are 2 sources

1.) Azure SQL (connected by gateway)

2.) Sharepoint List (connected using AD credential)

 

Both sources are successfully connected.

 

I am currently merging a "SQL table" to the "sharepoint list" in PowerQuery. However, it shows failure when I try to refresh on BI service.

May I know why and how to solve it?
