Hi,
I know there are already so many posts regarding this error since my use case seems different so posting my query here.
I am trying to access data from an SQLite file and this SQLite driver has the support of read-only workflow.
Is this error because power Bi trying to write something into SQLite file?
This use case is like this-> Step-1) I fetched the data from more than 2 tables (before that I unchecked all options in setting under Relationships and disabled parallel loading of tables, since I need that) Step-2) In the same session fetch the data from another table. Then I get this error. I close it and click on "apply changes" then it works properly and fetched the data. Is Power BI trying to write something in the data source Sqlite file?
Hi bisenpiyush,
Regarding the step 2, do you mean in Query Editor, you get data from another SQLite table?
I have tested on your issue based on your steps like below but couldn’t reproduce your issue.
For further test, could you please provide your trace logs related to this issue? Go to: File –> Options –> Diagnostics –> Enable Tracing, then repeat steps to reproduce the issue.
Regards,
Jimmy Tao
Hi Jimmy,
Attached the screenshots here but could not file any option to attach the trace files. ( how to attach them?)
Here is the screenshot of setting I am doing:
Here is the screenshot of the error, which I am getting while trying to access data from multiple tables first time ( this is not frequent)
