Failed to decrypt credentials error
When we open powerbi we keep getting this error. Some time we can clear the cred but most time we cant do anything, we do it almost everytime we open powerbi. this is affected all users. ...

I come across this issue often as well. I understand how frustrating it can be, and I think this may be an organization specific issue. The only "workaround" I have is to go to the Power BI Desktop AppData folder and delete the "credentials" folder.
Go to: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop
Then click "user", and delete the "Credentials" folder. This should let you open up Power BI
I have try this but its only an temp soluction and now user are really frustrating and they saying that it is happening everyday and doing this is time wast for them
