Failed to connect Power BI optimized for Report Server

Hello... I'm moving a board project to QA and when I change the development connection to QA I get this error "ole db or odbc error: the 'nesting level' property was not recognized.." Can anyone support me with a suggestion of what may be going on.

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Based on the information you have provided, this error usually indicates that there is a problem with the data source connection and that Power BI has a limit on the level of nesting for certain operations, which, if exceeded, may result in the error you are experiencing. To resolve this issue, you can consider the following steps:

1. Ensure that the data privacy settings for the data source are configured correctly. Nested non-scalar values are typically associated with data privacy levels in Power BI.

2. If the data model contains complex nested structures, try to flatten these structures. This can be done by transforming the data in the Power Query editor to reduce the level of nesting.

3. If you are moving content between development, test, and production environments, consider using the Power BI Deployment Pipeline to manage the deployment process. This ensures that data source connections are updated correctly during deployment. More detailed information on deployment pipelines can be found at the following link:
