Failed to connect ORACLE DATABASE

Hi everyone,

I have read all I can get threads about issue when connecting PBI desktop with ORACLE Data souce but none of them can solve my recent problem.

I had a dataset conect to ORACLE before, I uploaded it on PBI service

But unfortunately I have to re-install OS window and now I have to set up everything again.

When I try to open the file that I download from web (PBI service), I face this issue below: 

 I guess it may be caused by configuring in my desktop,

Can anyone tell me how to fix it please!!!!!!!!!!

@Anonymous , usually install an oracle driver. Create an entry in tnsname.ora and use it.  Also the oracle install folder need to present in window path
