Fail to refresh the data

I am trying to create a real-time monitoring dashboard by pulling the data from web. However, I failed to access to the web when I tried to refresh the data in data view. But I can access to the web when I tried to refresh the data in query view. How can I fix the problem?

      in the data viewin the query view, all data is loaded successfully

    hi Anonymous 

    If you try to recreate this report and try it again.

    If you have done some model in data view, and then you do some steps in edit queries again. Then It will error like this.

      I still cannot access the database after creating a new one. Why?
