Fail to connect to MySQL database in the second machine

Hello,   I am currently hosting Power BI service in my laptop. My colleague was trying to connect to the same MySQL database using her laptop. She put in the same login information as mine. However...

Windows Firewall isn't to blame for this is it? Default port is 3306.
